Phase III cardiac rehabilitation is offered at the park center in the Glen. It is a supervised exercise program for those who have completed Phase II cardiac rehab or anyone with risk factors for heart disease who wants regular exercise. The hours are 6:45am-11:30am & 1:00pm-2:30pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The fee is $71.00 per month or $15.00 per session. Call 847-657-3550 for more information.
